Best Dressed: Jennifer Aniston. Well let’s see, you don’t have 7 kids, you just got back from drinking margaritas on a beach in Cabo, and you look like this. I’d say in the game of life you are #WINNING.
Best Dressed Runner-Up: Emma Stone. On this blah carpet, at least you were giving us something different! Thank you for coming to play today…
Worst Dressed: Lorelei Linklater. ‘Yee-gads’ as my Mom would say. I plan on watching your movie ‘Boyhood’ tomorrow. Let’s hope it fairs better than this dress.
Worst Dressed Runner-Up: Rosamund Pike. Don’t get me wrong, I sport tent dresses all the time in an attempt to hide my bloat after a long round of day-drinking, but I’m also not attending the SAG Awards. This dress should be gone girl. (Sorry, I had to.)

Yes, it's really that simple.
I am the very definition of a yo-yo dieter. Atkins? South Beach? Shakes that taste like shit? Yep, I've tried them all...
And after reading up on all of the dieting tips and tricks and hearing my mom repeat everything she just watched on Dr. Oz (I swear if he said cat piss would make you skinny, she go out and rescue one and proceed to drink a gallon because 'Dr. Oz said so'...and then I would too), but the one constant tip was always about drinking water.
You'd think that my twenty-nine-year-old self with obvious circulation problems (hello blood clot!) would have listened, but I always like to take things slow. Hence owning a flip phone until 2012.
It wasn't until I started seeing a health coach in August that I realized just how important water really is. Now obviously you can't wash this down every day with a Big Mac and side of fries, but you will see a dramatic difference in your weight if you partner this with small meals throughout the day.
My goal is 100 ounces of water a day. It seems like a lot, but I suggest buying a 32 oz. water bottle like the one shown above. You only need three a day. I bought one for home and one for work, so I never have the excuse that it isn't around.
Kyle can attest that I have become a water bottle Nazi. I bought him a blue one and put him on the plan as well. And I do not drink water out of anything but this bottle, that way I know the exact amount I've consumed each day. It even made an appearance at our Thanksgiving table!
I've noticed a major difference with my weight, skin, and hunger during these past four months and a lot of that is thanks so some quality H20.
I wish there was a magic pill, but there isn't (Trust me, my mom and I would have found it by now). So try this out for January and let me know if you notice a difference as well.
Happy Hydrating my friends!

Apparently I have some catching up to do, because I hadn't heard of half of these shows or movies that won Golden Globes last night. Oh well, let's get to the good stuff...
Worst Dressed Runner-Up: Kerry Washington. You don't stand a chance with Fitz or Jake in that thing. Even Olivia Pope can't fix this.
Best Dressed: Sienna Miller. I’m not sure why I love this dress and her overall look so much, maybe its because it looks effortless. Unlike other celebs who took the plunge last night (JLO & Kate Hudson) she doesn’t look like she’s trying so hard.
Best Dressed Runner-Up: Emma Stone. Love her and this outfit. Chic and cute, sophisticated yet trendy.
Worst Dressed: Keira Knightley. I get that you are prego but that dress belongs on your unborn child, not you.

Happy 2015! I can't believe we are already going on year 3 of I Guess I Do!
I just wanted to share with you all a video called "Be Phenomenal." Kyle sent it to me last year amidst all of the chaos and uncertainty at Fashion Police.
During my hiatus, I took on projects that scared the crap out of me and challenged me more than I have ever been creatively. I watched this video every week. Not because I wanted to, but because I needed to.
If there is one thing I can thank 2014 for is for perspective on what's important.
So in 2015, let's do things that scare the crap out of us, take trips we've been meaning to take, and spend time only with people who are worth our time. It's about less talk and more do.
This is my 2015 motto and can be yours to...it's the year to be Mother Fucking Phenomenal.
